Mr. Nurtman leads CREO's finance, administration and compliance functions, playing a critical role in the delivery of the firm's high quality standards. He has worked in a variety of senior financial control positions including at medical device manufacturer Triline Medical LLC, and investment banks Nomura International PLC and Lehman Brothers. He qualified as a chartered accountant in South Africa qualifying with the auditing firm Arthur Andersen. Mr. Nurtman graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Business Science degree and Post Graduate Diploma Accountancy.
Patrick Moulder has worked in various accounting and financial roles throughout his career including financial due diligence, external audit, and internal audit. Prior to joining CREO, Mr. Moulder worked as a Senior Associate for Duff and Phelps in the Due Diligence group, primarily involved with financial diligence for prospective transactions. Prior to that, he worked in the audit practice of the Los Angeles office of Deloitte. Mr. Moulder graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2006. In 2009, Patrick received a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. He has passed all parts of the CPA and is in the process of obtaining his license.
Mr. Park provides accounting support to CREO, with 10 years of accounting experience working in various industries. Previously he founded and led the Pro Acedemy Center. Mr. Park graduated from California State University, where he attained a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance.
Ms. Avery has over 15 years of experience in executive support and project management and provides a full range of administrative support to CREO. Prior to CREO, Ms. Avery worked at Hewlett Packard as a category manager, financial analyst and project manager, primarily focused on enterprise sales. Before that she spent several years as a financial analyst at Epson Americas, Inc. and 5 years providing financial and executive support at Dark Horse Distribution, Inc., a small start-up in the action sports industry and one of Inc. 500’s fastest growing companies of 2006. Ms. Avery earned her MBA from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles and a BA from Occidental College.
Ms. Ilumin provides a full range of administrative support to CREO. With five years of administration experience, she previously supported several financial advisors and their clientele at StockCross Financial, and was a financial consultant associate for Wells Fargo's Wealth Management team in Beverly Hills, CA.
